Over the weekend, the JRE Tobacco Co. warehouse in Miami was broken into, Vivian M. Eiroa told Cigar Journal magazine. “Unfortunately, all inventory was stolen”, Vivian reported. “This has taken an emotional toll on us as you can imagine. All security cameras, alarm system, internet equipment and phone lines are down. We are in the process of getting everything back on line.”

Justo Eiroa, president of JRE Tobacco Co. is working hard with the factory in Honduras, managed by his father Julio, to restock their inventory in the United States. “We have a shipment in customs that will help alleviate the demand these coming days.”

JRE is sending communication to their retailers of what has happened so that they are aware not to purchase JRE product that does not come directly from JRE.
