Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Co. Add Limited Edition and Island Jim

Oscar Valladares returned to its roots at the 2025 PCA Show with the release of a limited edition Leaf by Oscar Broadleaf cigar and a new Island Jim barber pole cigar.

The Leaf by Oscar Broadleaf Limited Edition 2025 is the very first limited edition Leaf by Oscar ever and it’s the first time the company is using Connecticut Broadleaf in a cigar. That Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper was aged for three years before being applied to the cigar and covering a Honduran binder and Honduran filler tobaccos. Only 1,500 20-count boxes of the limited edition cigars have been made, and the MSRP is $18 per cigar.

Leaf by Oscar got its start with an order from Leaf & Bean’s Jim Robinson so it’s only appropriate that Robinson’s Island Jim cigar line get a new release too. For this year, that’s the Island Jim Barber Pole, which combines Honduran grown Connecticut-seed and Corojo for the wrapper. The fourth Island Jim cigar, the Island Jim Barber Pole is made in a Toro (6 x 52) format and sells for $13 per cigar.

Both the Leaf by Oscar Broadleaf Limited Edition 2025 and Island Jim Barber Pole are now available.
