It’s become a tradition for the Cigar Smoking World Championship qualifier in Georgia to attract participants from other countries. This was the third year and by now the geographical span has expanded quite a bit.
For the first time ever, Hungary will be represented at the Cigar Smoking World Championship final in Split later this year and the name of the proud contestant is Péter Adonyi.
4th Best Time ever for Arsenova at CSWC Kazakhstan
After four years on the Cigar Smoking World Championship circuit, organizer and judge Yevgeniy Zhidkov is happy with the way things are going in Kazakhstan.
Sisters of the Leaf Global Movement organized the event for the fourth time, and it was held at the distinguished Gentlemen’s Club in the Maroussi area in Athens.
Over 25 competitors from Latvia, Finland, Czech Republik and Slovakia gathered at the 19th century mansion, K.K. fon Stricka villa in the heart of Riga for another battle of the slow.
As always, the Swiss qualification round, took place under the name Big Alpine Smoke at Don Alejandro’s Cigar Lounge in Chur, an hour outside of Zürich.
The event was organized by Felipe Rojas Bruna, owner of The Humidor Company and official Oliva Cigars importer in Qatar, and it was held in the prestigious cigar lounge of the St. Regis Doha on Pearl Island.
