On May 29 the new location of the legendary Stockholm cigar shop Cigarrumet was opened.
Cigarrummet has been an institution on the Stureplan square in Stockholm for years now. Yet owner Besitzerin Merja Jusélius had wanted a changed – above all, to expand.
“I feel very happy in the new shop. We may be selling less here because it’s not the Stureplan, but we have more space and can carry interesting, new products in our selection,” says Jusélius.
As in the Stureplan shop, the new one has a lounge as well, but only for members. It was not a coincidence that May 29 was chosen as the opening date: exactly four years ago, on May 29, 2014, the idea for the Flor de Selva Egoista cigar was born, in Marrakesh. And there was no question that in honor of Merja and the anniversary of Egoista Maya Selva travelled to Stockholm as guest of honor.
